We strive for complete satisfaction from our customers and consider returns on a case by case basis.  If you have a question or concern please email us at and we will do whatever we can to address the issue.  If a refund is necessary, please get in touch with us within 10 days of receiving your item.  Refunds are issued upon our receipt of the returned product in good condition and are issued as in-store credit.  The refund does not include the cost of shipping.  


If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local Post Office or visit to start a missing mail search. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
